Responsibilities
* Generate new business aligned with financial targets.
* Collaborate with prospective and existing clients to develop and sell forwarding solutions.
* Manage customer enquiries from start to finish.
* Report weekly business development progress to the COO.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
* Identify and report on growth opportunities via new customers, routes, and services.
