To support the Team Leader and CHIS Team to provide a comprehensive administration service which is both effective and efficient, as an individual and as a team player.

Responsible for supervision and training of the CHIS Team and prioritisation and allocation of CHIS Team workloads.

To undertake a range of administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
