What the Job Involves As an Electrical Engineer within the Capital Programme Delivery team, your role is to provide professional electrical engineering services for the council. You will be responsible for specifying and designing new electrical systems, conducting condition surveys, and managing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to specification, and that technical representations are provided where required. You will lead on procurement, design, and contract management while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Your role will also involve substantial resident engagement and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the council’s objectives.
