We’re looking for talented Tax Advisory professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace the chance to tackle complex challenges. Your work in our Tax Advisory team will go beyond the numbers – it’s about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.

Management

* Manage the Tax Advisory department and meet the keystone objectives. Take lead responsibility within the Tax Operation Team (TOT).

Clients and CRM

* Develop relationships with clients
* Develop a high level of technical expertise
* Deliver commercial and added value advice to clients without partner input
* Provide input to the partnership at a strategic level when required
* Lead in delivering profitable business through effective management of working practices
* Lead, develop, and motivate managers and teams, providing support and on-the-job coaching and appraisals
* Meet fee targets
* Identify opportunities for referrals to other specialists
* Act as an ambassador for the firm

Business development

* Promote the firm’s reputation and grow fees
* Develop relationships with intermediaries and external parties using your network to develop business

Leadership

* Make good decisions in a timely and confident manner
* Support and implement change initiatives effectively
* Lead others to achieve the firm’s goals and objectives
* Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating fairness and ethics
* Manage meetings productively and communicate effectively

Knowledge

* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in all relevant tax areas
* Develop specialist knowledge to expand existing services and develop new ones

Clients

* Manage all aspects of the client experience within the tax department
* Deliver quality service and develop client relationships
* Provide commercial and added value advice independently
* Understand and exceed client expectations

Quality

* Develop technical expertise personally and within the department
* Manage risk processes and seek process improvements
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Markets

* Promote the firm’s reputation and grow fees
* Develop external relationships to generate business
* Identify potential markets by service, sector, and geography
* Seek referral opportunities and act as an ambassador for the firm

People

* Lead, develop, and motivate teams with coaching and appraisals
* Mentor colleagues for career growth
* Manage the department’s talent plan for effective service delivery

Operations

* Manage department fee targets and resource allocation
* Lead profitable business delivery through effective practices

Finance

* Oversee department budgets, pricing, WIP, debtor management, and recovery
