About The Role
As a graduate trainee you will join a three-year training contract with progression through years 1 to 3. The start date is 1 September 2026.
Year 1
* Master the art of auditing: learn to prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies.
* Financial statements: develop a deep understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
* Work with clients: be immersed in the business world by working directly with a variety of diverse companies and understanding their operations, challenges, and unique circumstances.
* Build relationships: connect with key stakeholders both with clients and within the team; gather information and build professional relationships.
Years 2 and 3
* Take on increasingly complex audit work (e.g., revenue recognition, valuation, risk assessments).
* Take ownership of audit engagements and lead delivery; mentor new and junior team members.
* You will join as a permanent employee; the three years are the beginning of an exceptional career at Forvis Mazars.

Learning and development
Fully funded professional qualification for this role: ACA. The program includes coaching, mentorship, time off to study, and a blended training approach (in-person and virtual). You will be allocated a buddy to help you settle in during your first year.
