Are you a highly organised and creative individual with a passion for property and marketing? We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team in Leeds, supporting the delivery of high-impact campaigns and exceptional customer journeys across our new homes developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in both the sales and marketing functions—working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and our on-site sales advisors to ensure smooth, efficient, and successful launches and ongoing sales activity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
* Managing advertising schedules and property listings
* Supporting the sales team with lead generation and CRM management
* Helping plan and execute events, launches, and promotional activities
* Producing weekly sales reports and maintaining marketing budgets
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a property, housebuilding, or new homes marketing environment
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
* A proactive mindset and eye for detail
