We're passionate about property and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike are are currently seeking a reliable and personable Property Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing professional and informative tours
* Carry out routine property inspections and report on the condition of rental properties
* Documenting inspection findings and preparing detailed reports for landlords
* Coordinating with trades people to ensure any necessary repairs or maintenance work is carried out promptly.
* Ensure properties meet compliance standards and highlight any issues to the lettings team
* Carry out final property inspections / checkouts
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, representing the company with professionalism and integrity
* Provide feedback to the lettings team to support smooth and timely lets
* Update internal systems and complete documentation accurately and promptly
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Previous experience in property or lettings (preferred but not essential)
* IT literate with experience using property software or CRM systems (desirable)
Job Type – Full-time, 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. (1 Saturday in every 3 from 9.30am-12, once fully trained, which is paid as additional salary)
