5pm, 1-hour lunch)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Senior Administrator
to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of an academic environment by overseeing administrative processes and providing high-level support to faculty, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations for academic and student services
Support academic staff with scheduling, reporting, correspondence, and related tasks
Coordinate student registration and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards
Assist with timetable preparation, course documentation, and assessment records
Mentor junior administrative staff and support their professional development
Liaise with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to provide guidance and support
Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for academic committees and management
Maintain databases, filing systems, and compliance records
Support projects, events, and initiatives to improve academic and administrative processes
Contribute to policy implementation and continuous improvement within the team
Who Were Looking For:
Proven administrative experience, ideally in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of academic processes, student records, and regulatory compliance
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting academic staff or leadership teams preferred
