They continue to win new clients and need an experienced conveyancing expert to join the team, with clients waiting.
The client base comprises Residential and Commercial Developers, Investors, Experienced Portfolio Landlords and High Net worth individuals and of course, residential property buyers and sellers.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor with 2 or more years PQE to come on board to a ready-made client base with regular incoming business from quality clientele.
Requirements
Duties:
• All areas of Residential and ideally some Commercial Conveyancing
• Lease extensions, both commercial and residential
• Open new files and conduct the appropriate searches.
• Handle the full life cycle of the conveyancing files.
• Residential sales and purchases, mortgages, and transfers of equities
• Make use of a good quality referred work.
• Re-mortgage, shared equity, and equity release on a high volume using a case management system.
• Commercial mortgages and lending knowledge
Candidate requirements:
• Flexible on the number of years’ experience, but ideally 2 years+
• Residential and Commercial Property Experience
• Working with developers on complex buying requirements
• Comfortable with volume files
• Conveyancing work experience with a focus on all areas of property
• Ideally, you will have worked for a high street practice.
• You should be a self-starter, keen to support your quality client base.
• Excellent spoken and written skills are a must.
• Good client liaison skills
