Responsibilities
* Provide strong strategic and operational leadership across administration, IT, facilities, data, and reprographics.
* Lead and manage core support teams to deliver a professional, welcoming, and high-quality service for students, staff, parents, and visitors.
* Take responsibility for the Academy's IT and digital development, including systems, infrastructure, website, and external suppliers.
* Contribute to estates, facilities, health & safety, and site security management, promoting a safe and well-maintained environment.
* Oversee critical daily operations including timetabling, staff cover arrangements, and data deadlines.
* Lead or support procurement activities, grant funding applications, and value-for-money initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and wider statutory responsibilities.
* Plan and deliver key Academy events, supporting strong community engagement.
* Provide flexible support to senior leaders on projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
