Experienced Panel Beater Opportunity in Swindon
Our client, a leading automotive accident repair centre in Swindon, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their expanding team. * Starting salary up to £48,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications (Upper salary bracket exclusive to those with quals/accreditations)

Duties:
* Replace and repair damaged or compromised vehicle body panels to high-quality standards
* Conduct chassis and framework repairs with precision
* Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine appropriate repair methods
* Perform bumper and door repairs as required, ensuring durability and finish
* Guarantee all repair work meets both internal standards and third-party accreditation requirements
* Assist with minor Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work where necessary
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operational workflow and safety compliance
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater, with recent or current employment in a similar role
* Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable but not essential; substantial on-the-job experience (minimum three years) considered
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Additional skills in vehicle paint spraying or ATA accreditation would be advantageous but are not mandatory
