The Role Youll manage a varied portfolio of claims from first notification through to settlement, working closely with senior adjusters and key stakeholders across underwriting, actuarial, and reinsurance teams. Handle complex and non-complex claims end-to-end Support senior adjusters on higher-value and specialist cases Maintain accurate reserves and ensure timely updates on all systems Liaise with brokers, insureds, co-insurers, and service providers Manage relationships with TPAs, loss adjusters, and legal partners Identify trends within your portfolio and report key developments Contribute to team reporting, KPIs, and ongoing process improvements Support underwriting with claims insight for renewals and new business What Theyre Looking For Open to candidates from multiple claims disciplines (motor, property, liability, etc) who are keen to move into the London Market.
