Mission
Act as a senior Data & AI Value Architect embedded within AE-led sales cycles across EMEA. The role focuses on shaping, qualifying, and attaching Data & AI solutions to large CX, BPO, and transformation deals, driving measurable ACV impact. This is not a delivery BI or Analytics role. It is a commercial, pre-sales, business-case shaping role.
Core Responsibilities
* Partner directly with Account Executives on strategic pursuits ($5M+ TCV preferred), contributing to deal shaping and qualification.
* Lead executive discovery workshops with COO, CFO, and CDO stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
* Translate Data & AI capabilities into quantified business cases (cost reduction, revenue uplift, margin protection, risk mitigation).
* Design attachment strategies to embed Data & Intelligence into CX/BPO engagements.
* Build ROI models and executive narratives for RFPs and board-level presentations.
* Apply structured qualification rigor (MEDDPICC) to Data & AI opportunities.
* Articulate modern data and AI architectures in business terms, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
* Support creation of playbooks, demo assets, and repeatable value propositions across verticals (FS, Retail, Travel, Telco).
Required Experience
* Direct involvement in pre-sales, RFP responses, bid shaping, or commercial deal support.
* Proven contribution to multi-million ACV pursuits.
* Strong business acumen — able to speak CFO/COO language, not just technical language.
* Experience attaching Data, AI, or analytics capabilities to transformation or operational deals.
* Hands-on familiarity with modern data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP; Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery; ML/GenAI foundations), but with a clear commercial lens.
* Experience in EMEA enterprise environments.
Success Metrics
* $2–3M ACV direct contribution in FY26 (prorated).
* Increase in Data & Intelligence attachment rate across strategic accounts.
* Improved pipeline quality and velocity.
* High conversion rate from proposal to high-margin delivery.
