English Teacher – KS3 & KS4 (ASAP Start)
Milk Education is working in partnership with a secondary academy in Enfield to recruit a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for an immediate start.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking English department, teaching Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be committed to raising attainment, inspiring a love of literature and language, and supporting students of all abilities to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across KS3 and KS4

Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
*
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*
Support students’ academic progress and personal development
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to departmental planning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

QTS (or be working towards QTS)
*
Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
*
Strong classroom management skills
*
A passion for English and student success
*
The ability to start immediately
