Mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer C overing Edinburgh, Midlothian & East Scotland (Central Belt) £37,400 £44,000 Basic Salary Company Van PDA Phone Overtime Callout Training & Development CBW are looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a mobile technical team in the East of Scotland. Working across a portfolio of commercial clients, you'll be the go-to expert for air conditioning and HVAC maintenance, installations, and reactive repairs. Mobile Role: Covering Edinburgh, Midlothian & Central Belt Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (41.25 hrs/week) On-Call/Callout: £150 per week, with overtime rates: Weekday evenings (from 5:30pm): x1.5 Saturday AM: x1.5 | Saturday PM: x2 Sundays: x2 Company Van Provided (private use available at approx. £94/month for 1000 miles) Duties & Responsibilities: Provide planned and reactive maintenance, installation, and fault-finding on AC and HVAC systems. Deliver works within agreed SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct minor electrical fault diagnostics. Participate in a 1-in-X callout rota, with a minimum 4 hours' paid for first call. Complete installations and small works on air conditioning systems. Monitor contractors on-site, issue permits, and ensure safety standards are upheld. Represent the company professionally, maintaining high standards in both technical delivery and customer service.
