You will supervise, lead, and support a team of social work practitioners within a statutory service area, handling complex, risky, and diverse issues to support and safeguard young adults. You will also contribute to the strategic oversight and development of the service, providing feedback and promoting the implementation of any agreed service or strategic improvement plans.
