Requirements as an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:
Must hold the P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
Full and clean driving license
Significant experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys and air monitoring and four-stage clearances to a high standard
Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
Agreement to a DBS check
Asbestos Surveyor Analyst Responsibilities:
Conducting UKAS-accredited air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and asbestos surveys
Working flexibly across company offices or client sites as required
Complying with quality assurance processes and supporting audit programmes
Ensuring legal obligations are met as a provider of asbestos services and employer
Engaging in training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining technical expertise and sector awareness while meeting billing and productivity targets
