Job Description:
About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised Call Handler to support their Operations team. You’ll play a key role in scheduling, coordinating field resources, and ensuring industry Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. This is a fast-paced role where strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support timely job completion.
2. Schedule field staff and contractors to maximise productivity and meet SLAs.
3. Update and maintain records across systems including SAP.
4. Prioritise daily work using reports and jeopardy management tools.
5. Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and meter operator partners to coordinate work.
6. Produce and distribute operational reports.
7. Support the creation and processing of work orders and purchase orders.
8. Ensure customer queries are resolved professionally and escalated when needed.
9. Ensure compliance with Guaranteed Standards.

Skills & Experience
11. Strong PC skills with the ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
12. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
13. Able to work under pressure in a busy team environment.
14. Highly organised with strong administrative accuracy.
15. Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
16. Understanding of electrical networks is beneficial but not essential.
