Job Details
The role involves monitoring and forecasting future planned maintenance projects and estimating costs based on information from team members such as Building or Services Inspectors.
You will also act as Contract Administrator for various service contracts related to building maintenance and manage a dashboard that tracks service contract KPIs, providing regular written and verbal reports to management.
This position is within the Maintenance and Compliance team in Property Services as an Assistant Project Manager.
The role includes maintaining the dashboard, overseeing contracts, and reporting on project and contract status.
The Person
Applicants should have experience working in a construction environment, ideally as an Assistant Project Manager or Contract Administrator. Education should be at least SCQF level 7 (HNC or equivalent) in a relevant construction or professional discipline, along with significant post-qualification experience.
