The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Advisor to join the team. This is a site-based role where you will play a key part in supporting project teams, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive health and safety culture across the business. Key Responsibilities * Support site teams in implementing and maintaining health and safety standards * Carry out site inspections and audits, reporting findings and recommending improvements * Assist with the development, review, and communication of risk assessments and method statements * Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies * Provide advice and support to managers and operatives on health, safety, and welfare matters * Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety briefings as required * Contribute to incident investigations and follow-up actions What We’re Looking For * 1–3 years’ experience in a dedicated health and safety role, ideally within construction * NEBOSH Construction / General (or equivalent) – essential * Knowledge of current UK health and safety legislation and best practice * Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others positively * Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to spend time on site * Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to prioritise workload * You must be currently living within a reasonable commuting distance of Central London * You must have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this position What’s on Offer * Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience * Comprehensive package * The opportunity to join a forward-thinking construction company with excellent career progression potential * Supportive environment to further develop your health and safety skills How to Apply If you meet the requirements and are looking for the next step in your health and safety career, please apply today with your CV
