They are looking for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor who is wanting to join a close-knit team and gain invaluable experience with running your own caseload. About the role Within this Private Client Solicitor position, you will be joining an expanding team who are looking for a new member due to an increased busyness in workload. Within this role, your day-to-day matters may include: Taking initial instruction from clients and liaise with them throughout the process Provide advice to clients Drafting wills Preparing and registering Powers of Attorney Preparing Deeds of Appointment and Deed of Retirement Take instructions on and advise on obtaining Grant of Probate Running your own caseload Assisting on complex matters About you The successful candidate will ideally 5 years PQE in Private Client law, is wanting to work as part of an experienced team and are ambitious with their long-term career goals.
