Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 + uncapped commission


Overview

Our client is seeking a Technology Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester team, focusing on recruiting across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, and wider technology roles. This is a 360 recruitment role, partnering with fast-growing tech businesses and established organisations.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
* Build and grow strong client relationships within the technology sector
* Source, interview, and place technology professionals across multiple disciplines
* Develop new business opportunities and expand an existing client base
* Provide market insight and guidance to clients and candidates


Requirements

* Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (technology or related sector preferred)
* Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Commercially driven and motivated by performance
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


Package & Incentives

1. £35,000 – £50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
