Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant!
You will be required to work the following days: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. We are looking to cover 8 hours per week, Fixed-Term Contract - Seasonal Q4. This seasonal contract will end on 4/1/2026. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour. The stores that we are looking to hire for are Eastbourne. The role
From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador who’s going to make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.
Sales
* Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques
* Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs
* Product pro: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
Operations
* Get hands-on with preparing click-and-collect orders for customers
* Keep the flow smooth by managing deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory
* Add a creative touch by wrapping gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards

Important stuff to note
* Contracts will end on 4/1/2026
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will do our best to distribute these days fairly, ensuring you won’t be required to work all of them during your contract
* You will accrue annual leave in line with your entitlement; however, as this is our busiest time of year, no annual leave will be approved during this period
