Shop Manager – Full Time
Position: Shop Manager (Full Time) – 45 hours across 5 days per week, based in Mitcham, Merton, Greater London.

Responsibilities
* Lead by example and manage day‑to‑day operations of a busy shop.
* Motivate and inspire the retail team to deliver efficient service and high customer satisfaction.
* Recruit, induct, coach and develop the team, building a talent pipeline.
* Ensure shop is clean, safe, stocked, and that customer needs are met promptly.
* Control key shop costs (shrinkage, waste, payroll) and meet KPI targets; report to area manager.
* Meet standards in customer service, cash handling, health & safety, stock management, merchandising and presentation.
Qualifications

* Experience as a shop or assistant manager.
* Full driving licence desirable (not mandatory).

Contract Information
Permanent full‑time position, 45 hours per week at 5 days per week.
