Office Administrator
Location: Kings Langley
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-12pm (you will get back the 4 hours you work on a Saturday in the week, either a morning or afternoon off)
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with essential administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling phone calls.
- Coordinating recovery collections for end-of-life vehicles, advising customers on prices, mapping out collection routes, and making follow-up calls.
- Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Ensuring compliance with all safe working procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintaining precise records of all transactions and generating reports as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service to drivers, customers and visitors.
