Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Leeds. Award winning North Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to be involved with the expansion of our Clinical Negligence department.
Key Tasks
* Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
Essential Knowledge
* Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
* Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
* Excellent negotiating skills.
Experience
* 2 years + experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
Salary and Working
Salary is dependant on experience, hybrid working policy.
