Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – UK CAA A, B1, B2 Licensed Engineers
Location: Guernsey or Southampton (UK). Full‑time, permanent, 4-on/4-off with early and late shifts. Competitive salary plus shift allowance.

Your Next Role in Aviation Excellence
This is a hands‑on opportunity to work on our ATR 72‑600 and DHC‑6 fleet, playing a vital role in keeping aircraft safe, compliant, and ready to fly.
* Certify and perform aircraft maintenance tasks in line with company procedures and UK CAA regulations.
* Lead and supervise a team of unlicensed technicians.
* Diagnose faults and ensure swift, effective repairs for prompt return to service.
* Work across line and light base maintenance environments, both in hangar and on the ramp.
* Be prepared to deploy to out‑stations for ad‑hoc AOG recovery.
* Mentor the next generation of engineers.
* Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and Part M.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need:
* A valid UK CAA A, B1, or B2 licence.
* Evidence of six months of certifying experience within the last two years.
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.
* Qualification to hold an Airside Identification Card for Guernsey Airport.
Bonus Points
* ATR 72‑212A or DHC‑6 type ratings (ideal) or willingness to complete type rating courses.
* Experience on the ATR 72‑212A ‘600’ or Twin Otter.
* Current Human Factors, EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety certificates.

* Guernsey‑based: 4‑on/4‑off, early and late shifts, flexible shift options.
* UK‑based: Working from Southampton airport, with possibilities to operate at Guernsey or other UK airports as required.
