As Supervisor you will be the backbone of the team, you will be working with your Head of Department to motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be actively present on the floor, demonstrating strong leadership to support your team, maintain a positive atmosphere during busy periods, and inspire exceptional guest service. Main Duties: Support the Operations Manager to manage daily operations and supervise service delivery Support with the training and coaching of new team members Be creative and bring ideas to the table Lead by example Support with the set up and delivery of events to help create those wow moments Managing guest expectations and feedback, addressing guest concerns efficiently and professionally Ordering of table linen and drinks orders Stock control and inventory management What we are looking for: 3 years experience in food and beverage role.
