This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing cosmetics brand on a 3-month fixed-term contract. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a passion for beauty, sales, and providing outstanding service. With two available roles; Senior Beauty Advisor and Beauty Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the busy Christmas season.
Senior Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate
As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will:
* Lead and support a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Oversee stock management and maintain high store presentation standards.
* Confidently advise customers on cosmetics, including shade matching and product suitability.
* Drive sales and support team members in achieving targets.
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer receives a premium service.
Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate
As a Beauty Advisor, you will:
* Deliver excellent customer service through one-to-one consultations.
* Assist customers with product recommendations, including shade matching.
* Promote and sell a wide range of cosmetics and beauty products.
* Support the Senior Advisor with stock and general store duties.
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming in-store experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in beauty, retail, or customer service (essential for Senior Beauty Advisor, desirable for Beauty Advisor).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A passion for beauty and confidence in shade matching.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced retail setting.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
