Role and location
Base pay range: Our business is transforming the way we manage our day-to-day operations. We’re seeking two Central Planning Unit Coordinators (known internally as CPU Coordinators) to join our Central Planning Unit based in our Dunstable office.
Hours: 40 hours per week (part-time applicants may also be considered)
Location: Hybrid (Dunstable)
What you’ll do
As a Central Planning Unit Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in optimising our operational efficiency and supporting business needs through effective route planning. You’ll utilise technology tools to plan routes for CViT and ATM services, constantly monitor route data, and analyse performance to maximise efficiency.
You’ll also support management in efficient team rostering, assist with onboarding new clients through site surveys, and ensure all operational processes meet company standards. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering streamlined solutions, this role could be a great fit for you!
About you
To excel in this role, you'll need to be organised, resourceful, and able to think logically to solve problems—whether you're working independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms are essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
You should be comfortable using various systems and software and able to adapt to changing circumstances. While a good understanding of driving hours rules and regulations is beneficial, having a positive, learning-oriented attitude will be key to thriving in this position.
