GSL Education are hiring an experienced Geography Teacher to join a welcoming school in Sheffield (S35), delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages. As Geography Teacher, you will encourage students to explore physical and human geography, develop critical thinking skills, and build a deeper understanding of global issues in a supportive classroom environment. Key Duties: Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons aligned with the national curriculum Encourage enquiry, discussion, and independent learning Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities where appropriate Requirements of Geography Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Teaching Qualification Experience teaching Geography within a school setting Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the discipline Excellent communication and organisational skills An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one) If you are a motivated Geography Teacher ready to make a difference in Sheffield, we welcome your application.
