Mobile Maintenance Plumber
Location:Swindon
Salary:£36,000 £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits
Hours:Monday to Friday
A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, youll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
* Service and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware
* Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems
* Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
* Complete job reports and documentation accurately
* Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery
* Travel between sites across the Swindon region
