Our client is an industry leading manufacturer within the Health & Leisure industry. With strong presence across the USA, UK & Europe, this is a newly created role focused on managing Inside Sales teams in Europe, and driving Sales Conversions within the Direct to Consumer Division11
Job Description
3. Direct management of 3 managers within Inside Sales - 1x UK, 1x France, 1x Spain
4. Overall leadership and responsibility for Inside Sales Teams across Europe supporting D2C Customers covering UK, France, Germany & Spain
5. Create and in-still a culture of sales excellence through regular training, development and support to the team
6. Improve and Drive sales conversion and sales uptake across all D2C channels including email and web enquiries
7. Management of the end to end sales cycle ensuring a world class service is provided to customers during all interactions
8. Build and implement a commission structure that will incentivise and drive team performance, along with supporting business wide objectives
9. Develop a voice of the customer programme to ensure customer feedback is acted upon and reduce customer issues and complaints
10. Create a proactive function supporting D2C customer base via both inbound and outbound channels
11. Develop and implement KPI dashboard
12. Create and deliver reports based on customer behaviour, Customer Service Levels, Sales Performance & Market Trends
