The role focuses on understanding business needs, shaping Dynamics 365 CRM functionality, and ensuring the platform is designed to improve customer interactions and internal processes. You'll be tasked with acting as a link between operational teams and technical specialists, the Business Analyst will gather requirements, map processes, and help define solutions that align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to capture, refine, and document business requirements, user journeys, and process flows. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to support development and prioritisation. Conduct analysis to identify gaps between current system capabilities and future requirements. Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, data migration needs, and integration considerations. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and review sessions to validate requirements and support change adoption. Skills Strong background in business analysis within D365 CRM or digital transformation environments. Ability to document complex processes and convert them into structured, actionable requirements. Confident working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment. Experience supporting system integrations, data mapping, and solution design discussions. Skilled in leading workshops and using analytical techniques to validate and refine requirements.
