Our European Shareholder Services team is seeking an Analyst to join their Transfer Agency Vendor Oversight team.

European Shareholder Services (ESS), part of the International Funds Group (IFG), services sales teams and investors of Luxembourg, Ireland, and Cayman-domiciled funds across GSAM and FICC divisions. This role offers broad exposure to the GSAM business and shareholder servicing processes.
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
The role involves working in the Transfer Agency Vendor Oversight area, with responsibilities including oversight of investor trade and transfer requests, reconciliation, settlement, and coordination with external vendors across multiple jurisdictions.
* Oversight of investor trade and transfer requests, cash/trade reconciliation, and settlement processed by external vendors
* Interaction with liquidity fund portfolio management teams regarding investor flows
* Coordination of fund dividends, bank processes, foreign exchange, and related activities
* Managing activities across Dublin, Luxembourg, Cayman, and external fund ranges
* Automation of trading, settlement, reporting, and investor services
* Review and maintenance of policies to enhance automation, scalability, and outsourcing
* Coordination of new fund launches and system setups
* Provision of reports for management and ad-hoc requests
The candidate will work with senior team members on daily and project tasks.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* High accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
* Motivated, team-focused, and independent problem solver
* Experience with project work and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of transfer agency functions and mutual funds operations
* Experience with cross-border payments and compliance standards
* Industry experience in banking or asset management
