Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities and proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supervising team members and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Duties
* Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Utilise Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
* Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Prepare regular reports on project status for senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of management principles.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for effective project scheduling and tracking.
* Previous supervising experience is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
