Salary: £13.83 per hour + sleep-ins (£60 each 10 per month)
Hours: Full-time, 162.5 contracted hours per month

The Role
You will provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 10-18 with complex needs, helping them with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Support young people in their daily lives
* Implement care plans and structured activities
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment
* Work as part of a dedicated residential care team
Requirements
* Experience in childrens residential care desirable but not essential
* Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
* Understanding of challenging behaviours (SEMH, EBD)
* Commitment to delivering outstanding care
