What will you be doing?
Working within the Operations team you will be an integral part of the delivery of many projects by providing assistance in the following;
1. To carry out all work in a safe and diligent manner adhering to MWHT’s HSE Policy at all times
2. To undertake a range of tasks suited to the current level of training and development
3. To attend college and complete course work on time and to a high standard
4. To take on additional responsibility in Years 2 and 3 of apprenticeship
5. To attend and fully participate in regular training, career and development reviews with line management, college staff, and other interested parties
