Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st line and 2nd line support for IT-related issues via teams, email or in-person.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systems.
* Assist with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
* Support remote users and ensure they have access to required systems.
* Collaborate with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performance.
* Contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades.
* Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades and new technology implementations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Proven experience in an IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
* Familiarity with IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
* Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
