What Youll Be Doing
* Setting up and operating AV, sound, lighting, and video equipment for live events
* Supporting on‑site production from prep through to de‑rig
* Working closely with clients, producers, and project managers to deliver seamless technical experiences
* Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to a high standard
* Travelling to venues and events as part of a flexible, dynamic team
What the Client is Looking For
* Hands‑on experience in live event AV, technical production, or staging
* Strong knowledge of audio systems, lighting rigs, video walls/projectors, or vision mixing
* A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and a calm approach under pressure
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Full UK driving licence is desirable
