I'm partnered with a national Financial-Services business who have Salesforce as their trusted CRM, They're partway through a greenfield implementation covering predominately Sales and Service and are picking the most up to date technologies like Agentforce for their org.
They are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their team and take projects from initial requirements gathering, solution designing and getting hands-on with programmatic development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across a greenfield environment
* Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
* Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
* Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support.
* Implement and optimise the use of cutting-edge Salesforce features, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
* Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations.
* Hands-on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g. Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management.
* Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud (advantageous but not essential).
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
