Job Title: Registered Children's Manager

Salary: £50,000 plus £5,000 bonus
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Manager to oversee the operations of our children's home in Newmarket. The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in care delivery. This role is perfect for an experienced Children's Home Manager or a Deputy Children's Manager ready to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents.
- Maintain compliance with OFSTED standards and regulations, preparing for inspections and implementing any necessary improvements.
- Lead and develop the staff team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting the welfare and development of each child.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home.
- Liaise with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Children's Home Manager or Deputy Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
