Delivery Postie with Driving
Royal Mail is currently looking for a Delivery Postie with Driving at the Wolverhampton Delivery Office, WV11 3DX. This is a fixed term contract with 28 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday - Sunday) in shifts between 07:44 - 13:20 and 10:24 - 16:00. Weekend work is required due to operational demand.

Unlike other roles, this position involves physical outdoor work in all weather conditions delivering mail and parcels to local communities.

* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for any hours worked over 40 hours a week

Please note: Roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time for candidate search purposes. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
