Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive NetSuite Support Technician to join their IT department. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ERP systems and technical problem-solving. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and optimising the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring smooth operation across departments and empowering users through effective system configuration, troubleshooting, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first- and second-line support for NetSuite ERP users across multiple departments
* Maintain system configuration, roles, permissions, and workflows to ensure optimal performance
* Develop and manage saved searches, reports, and dashboards
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and integration errors with third-party systems
* Implement system enhancements and automations using SuiteScript and workflows
* Conduct release testing and participate in change management processes
* Deliver user training sessions and create clear, concise documentation
* Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance across all modules
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimise system functionality
* Support ERP-related projects, including module rollouts and integrations
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
* Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, scripting, and integrations
* Hands-on experience supporting NetSuite ERP in a technical or functional capacity
* Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, and workflow configuration
* Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, Order Management, and Inventory
* Skilled in Excel and business reporting tools
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident in delivering training and supporting end users
