Duties and responsibilities of the Claims Support Advisor:
* Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers by putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their needs
* Resolving disputes with customers, referring to your colleagues for advice if needed
* Accurately record the information
Experience and knowledge of the Claims Support Advisor:
* A high level of competency in using computers is a prerequisite
* Naturally empathetic to a variety of customer needs
* High levels of resilience to ensure work is effective and efficient even in times of pressure
* Proactive in your approach to all aspects of work
* First class verbal and written communication skills
* Great team player with the ability to contribute positively and supports others in times of surge
* High levels of organisation of both time and workload
* Ability to work the contracted hours and maintain commitment throughout the training period and beyond
