Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join us during a period of growth as we develop our payroll service for a wider client base. The role involves managing the entire payroll function for outsourced clients across the UK, acting as a payroll expert, providing technical support, and directly supporting clients. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of the payroll department and implement new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver payroll support to clients
* Coordinate and oversee the payroll function for all outsourced clients
* Provide technical advice on payroll processing
* Lead and develop the payroll team
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in payroll processing within an outsourced payroll environment managing multiple client payrolls
* Previous payroll staff management experience
