We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS/KS1 Lead to join a vibrant, forward-thinking team. Champion high-quality early education and foster a love of learning.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver an engaging, child-centred curriculum.
Work closely with senior leaders to ensure every child flourishes.
Start Date: January 2026 (later start date considered for the right candidate). Leadership Time: In addition to standard PPA, you will receive an extra half day per week for leadership responsibilities (one full day release from the classroom per week in total).
Key Responsibilities
Drive excellence in EYFS and KS1 teaching and learning.
Support curriculum development and assessment strategies.
Mentor and develop staff within your phase.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement school-wide priorities.
Ensure safeguarding and inclusion are at the heart of all practice.

A qualified teacher with proven experience in EYFS and/or KS1.
