A forward-thinking 11–16 school in Mansfield is looking for a dedicated Attendance Officer to lead its attendance strategy from January 2026.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality
* Conducting first-day absence calls
* Working with pastoral staff and families to improve attendance
* Preparing weekly and termly attendance reports
* Managing attendance meetings and intervention plans
* Ensuring statutory attendance procedures are followed
