We're hiring a Management Accountant for one of the fastest-growing global media businesses in the industry. What you'll be doing:
* Full ownership of monthly management accounts and variance analysis across multiple entities
* Supporting group budgeting, forecasting and strategic scenario planning
* Preparing consolidated reports as the US operation launches
* Overseeing revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments and capex reporting
* Business partnering across the group to support operational and commercial decisions
* Driving improvements in reporting, processes and systems
* Acting as a key liaison with external advisors and auditors
* Delivering insight on ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects
What we're looking for:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Strong post-qualification experience, ideally in media, tech or high-growth businesses
* Proven track record of independently preparing management accounts
* Experience with international or multi-entity reporting and consolidations
* Confident with Excel and finance systems
* A proactive, adaptable mindset - you'll thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust culture
* A collaborative communicator who enjoys solving problems as part of a team
