We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Design Engineer to lead a talented project engineering team, shape design practices, and drive innovation across exciting engineering projects. What you'll be doing:
1. Leading and managing a team of project engineers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
2. Supporting project teams and attending client meetings as the technical expert when needed.
3. Reviewing and improving engineering procedures and practices to deliver greater efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
4. Signing off final designs, technical documentation, and bills of materials.
5. Developing engineering calculations, material selections, and technical analysis using the latest tools and techniques.
6. Acting as the technical authority across projects and cross-functional teams.
